This is my on-line journal on my road to "Cute ~N~ Cut". I'm 5'2", I WANT to be a cute size, and have defining cuts like the fitness girls! Not too many so I look like I body build, but just enough to look Cute ~N~ Cut!!

This is the "perfect" example, best representation of where I want to be, but with some more muscle tone.

This model is 5'4" (1 inch taller) and weighs 134 (4 pounds heavier than my goal), PLUS she's a 40" hip!!!

Let's Start Again!!

So why was this one of the few positions I could do today? Because I feel like I'm in worse shape than I was a few months ago!

My dream was to be almost at my target weight by now. Rather, here it is almost 4 months later, and I'm 1 pound heavier!

Okay, It's time to get really radical.

I refuse to give up! Today's yoga lesson sent me running home to check exercise lessons on OnDemand. As I enjoyed some protein (buffalo wings from Costco), I watched "Pilates" which is Yoga's sister. Boy do they look alike!!

I'm resolved that it's either now or never.
