
DOWNWARD FACING DOG
So why was this one of the few positions I could do today? Because I feel like I'm in worse shape than I was a few months ago!
My dream was to be almost at my target weight by now. Rather, here it is almost 4 months later, and I'm 1 pound heavier!
Okay, It's time to get really radical.
I refuse to give up! Today's yoga lesson sent me running home to check exercise lessons on OnDemand. As I enjoyed some protein (buffalo wings from Costco), I watched "Pilates" which is Yoga's sister. Boy do they look alike!!
I'm resolved that it's either now or never.
