Well, it's 2010 and I'm starting yet again! I'm 235, and my BMI is 41.6. Weight loss and body sculpting is something I REALLY want and this has GOT to be the year. Maybe if I diary everything it will help.

- Total Gym
- Jillian Moore DVD
- Walking/Stairs
- Food Diary (still using pencil, but I should switch to ink!!)
- Chris' 1300cal meal plan
- LOTS OF PRAYER
Also, getting over letting my emotions dictate my eating (hurt, upset, angry, etc.). Today was really hard due to the "movie issue." Oy!
My daily goals are to simply start on target with motivational pictures and stories. I hope this helps this go round.......

- Total Gym (Starter: 1 set, 8 reps)
- On target with eating plan
- Overcame emotions with a workout
- Daily journal of foods and exercise
- Looking a body building pictures
- Blogging
- Creating a weight tracker
